About Humanistic Counselling

It is place where you can speak openly and frankly without having to consider the other’s feelings and thoughts. It is a “space” just for you, where you can explore any dilemmas, needs or crisis in a confidential setting without being judged.

The counsellor’s role is to facilitate rather than to direct. Only you know what is right for you and the counsellor is there to support you achieve whatever that might be.
